Red 94.5 needed a full brand identity and digital presence in time for the station's launch. I created a bold, youth-oriented brand and a community-driven campaign that helped the station stand out in Lincoln's competitive radio market.
The station needed to appeal to a younger audience while still feeling rooted in Nebraska culture. The brand had to be modern, energetic, and flexible enough to work across radio, digital, social, and on-the-ground promotions.
Lean into the "Red" identity through warm tones, curved shapes, and motion-inspired patterns. Build community engagement from day one by inviting real locals to be part of the brand's voice.
Community-driven launch campaign
Concepted and produced "I Am Red 94.5," an audio initiative featuring voices from across Lincoln. This made the community the brand's voice from day one and built immediate local connection.
Motion-inspired visual identity
Developed a nameplate, color palette, and equalizer-inspired icon that felt youthful and energetic. Used curved shapes and warm tones to balance modern edge with Nebraska roots.
Flexible brand system for multi-channel launch
Built vehicle wraps, social graphics, website, and signage that worked across radio, digital, and physical touchpoints—ensuring consistent recognition in a crowded market.
Led all branding, digital design, and campaign execution, partnered with the station host to refine tone and identity, coordinated and recorded local participants for the voice campaign, and built the brand system across channels.
