🤔 FAQs

Ask Me Anything

What’s your management style?

Empowering, transparent, and systems-focused. I believe in building clarity, documenting everything, and helping people grow into their weird, wonderful strengths.

Do you freelance?

Sometimes. I take on select freelance projects through Shout Out Designs when the project’s the right fit and timeline.

Are you open to speaking or podcast opportunities?

Absolutely! I love talking about web design, design leadership, scaling systems, brand design, and the evolving role of AI. I’m especially passionate about women in tech, what’s changed, what hasn’t, and how we keep breaking that glass ceiling.

Do you offer advisory services?

Yes! I advise on creative strategy, brand systems, marketing design, UX, and scaling in-house teams. If you're building something bold (and not afraid to try something new), I’m all in.

Do you work with international teams?

Yes, I’ve led creative teams across time zones and built workflows that support global scale.

What kind of projects energize you most?

The messy ones. I love scaling creative systems, solving cross-functional gaps, and turning chaos into clarity.

What tools do you use most?

Figma, Webflow, Adobe CC, Asana, ChatGPT, and an absurd number of Google spreadsheets.

What industries have you worked in?

Travel tech, marketing tech, ecommerce, and SaaS, but also publishing, PC gaming, and foundation repair (yes, really).
